what we collect
When you submit our contact, pricing or jobs form we collect the information you provide: typically your name, email, phone number, postcode, message and (for job applicants) your CV. We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) via analytics cookies you choose to accept.
why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry or job application (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
- To send you a tailored cleaning proposal you've requested.
- To improve our website and understand which pages are useful (with consent).
how long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last interaction. Job application data is kept for up to 12 months. Accepted clients' data is kept for the lifetime of the contract plus 7 years for accounting purposes. [client to confirm]
